Fence Masters installed this great fence at our home in 2017. We turned to them again this year for a repair made necessary after a damage caused, apparently, during a snow removal operation of the sidewalk. The work was done very well, quickly, by a courteous representative who took the time to answer our questions. We also noticed that the color of the replacement material was similar to the original: the fence had not faded or tarnished over the years. Quality!

We had a great team doing our custom deck. Wife is disabled and mobility is an issue. The team had my wife check out the deck and steps to ensure she would be able to navigate. For the front they had her show how she gets out and placed the railing well within her reach. So nice that she can navigate out the doors with minimal assistance!

We are really happy with the whole process and ultimately result. The commercial representative, John Dudek, helped us out in choosing the best type of fence for us and he gave us a very competitive estimate. The two teams who came to install the posts and later the fence itself were good professionals and they did their job on time and well done too. The project manager was also helpful and scheduled the project on time.

We knew we needed an experienced team to install our backyard cedar fence — lots of trees, rocks, tough angles and a significant downward slope on one side. Kevin from Fence Masters walked the property with us, pointing out those spots that might pose challenges and explaining how they would be handled. We had complete confidence in Kevin and Fence Masters didn't disappoint. The project coordinator, Hari, was a fantastic communicator, staying in touch from beginning to end. Pete, the gentleman who led the team installing the posts, took tremendous pride in his work and it showed. The two-man team that followed to install the western red cedar were similarly invested in doing a great job. We couldn't be happier with the final product — the fence looks amazing and finishes off the backyard beautifully. If you're looking for the whole package, from idea to fruition, Fence Masters is the place to start.

If you are looking for a flawless fence or deck experience, FenceMasters is definitely the way to go. I got a few quotes from different companies while I was shopping around, but nobody told me the truth like these guys. The price was in line with the other companies but they offered a more complete solution that would last a long time. I originally booked it at the end of March and it wasn't going to be installed until mid May. However, come mid April one of their customers had to postpone their install and I got a call from the company asking me if I would like to have it done sooner — and here we are, done at the beginning of May. They came in the first day, took the old fence down and put in new posts. The second day the fence was up and the third day was cleanup and final details. FenceMasters are professional, courteous and their attention to detail is par none. Thank you and we will be reaching out to you on our next outdoor project.

We have a small townhouse backyard, and we opted for cedar fencing to be put up. The post crew were excellent, even going out of their way to make sure that the neighbours were involved in the surveying of property lines. They made sure that the other neighbours were aware of where our property line begins and ends. Both post and fence crews cleaned up after themselves very well, worked tirelessly to get it done. Communication with Hari was excellent as well. He was highly responsive, good coordination and communicated when deadlines needed to be pushed back. Good workmanship and materials.
